How to purchase
1. Add items to your shopping cart Click the "Add to cart" button on the product details screen to proceed to the shopping cart screen. If there is an item you would like to cancel, you can change the quantity or delete it by clicking "Change quantity" or "Delete".
2. Follow the flow on the purchase screen to enter your customer information. Enter and select the required information, such as your name, address, and payment method.
Once your order details are confirmed, you will receive an "Order Acceptance Notification" email from POTO (sales@herocompany.jp).
In addition to receiving an automatically sent email, you can also check the details of your order yourself on your My Page.
3. Product Shipping After the product has been shipped, POTO will send you an email notifying you that the product has been shipped.
About gift wrapping
Please note that we do not provide gift wrapping.
An invoice is automatically included with all purchased items. If you do not need an invoice, please write "No invoice required" in the comments section when placing your order.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments (VISA / MASTER / AMEX / JCB), Google Pay, and Apple Pay are accepted.
Payment will be confirmed when the product order is completed.
(Credit card payment: due date specified by each credit card company)
・The amount will be debited from your designated account in accordance with the regulations of the credit card company you have an agreement with.
・Payment is in one lump sum. (For cards with revolving payment options, payment will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of your credit card company.)
・For credit card payments, we use encryption technology (SSL) to provide a more secure environment as a service. However, we do not guarantee its safety, and we cannot be held responsible for any accidents such as data leaks.
Delivery, shipping fee, delivery date
Delivery <br/>Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato).

Shipping is free for purchases of 10,000 yen (tax included) or more per order.
If your purchase amount is less than 10,000 yen (tax included), the shipping fee will be as follows.
・Hokkaido and Okinawa: 1,100 yen (tax included)
・Other regions: 550 yen (tax included)
Delivery date
Items will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
*Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and long holidays (New Year's holidays, Golden Week, summer holidays, etc.) will be shipped on the next business day.
Regarding date and time specification
We accept "delivery date specification" from 7 days after the order date.
If you place an order without specifying a delivery date, we will deliver it as soon as possible.
We may not be able to meet your request, in which case we will contact you separately by email.
*If the product you ordered has not arrived within two weeks of placing your order and you have not received any contact from us, please contact us.
*If you are absent for an extended period of time without contacting us or refuse to accept your package, we may charge you the round-trip shipping fee.

If you do not need a delivery note, please write "No delivery note required" in the comments section when placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept cancellations or changes to orders after they have been placed. Please check your purchase details before proceeding.
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if any of the following conditions apply, we will accept exchanges or returns within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact us using the inquiry form before returning the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior notice.
We will cover the return shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
・If the product is defective ・If the product is damaged or broken during delivery ・If the product or quantity delivered is different from the product or quantity ordered by the customer
[When returns or exchanges cannot be accepted]
- Products that have been used even once - Products that have been damaged or soiled due to customer negligence - Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago - Products that have deteriorated in quality due to long-term storage at the delivery company while the customer is absent
In addition, if you do not receive the product within the delivery company's storage period after the product has been shipped, the product will be returned to us. Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund in this case. If you wish to have the product re-shipped, additional shipping fees will be charged.
If you don't receive an order confirmation email
This may be due to your email settings not delivering the email, such as it being in your spam folder, or you may have entered your email address incorrectly. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check the steps below.
■ If the email address is different, the order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered.
If this email address is different from your current email address, please contact us at sales@herocompany.jp .
■ For those using free email
If you use a free email service such as Gmail or Hotmail, the email may have been classified as spam.
Please check your spam folder.
■ If you have specified a receiving domain, please add the address "herocompany.jp" as a domain that can receive emails.
